  1. Scrutinizing your requirement with respect to qualification, experience and skills.
  2. The requirements are forwarded to the right associates for further assessment and to make available suitable candidates as per your demands.
  3. Our associates utilize our database to select the prospective candidates and get in touch with them.
  4. Experts conduct preliminary interviews at various locations to select the right candidates.
  5. Candidates for technical post are made to go through practical test which are conducted at reputed trade test centers under the vigil of experts.
  6. Associates revert back to us on completion of preliminary selection and interviews.
  7. We inform you of the availability & timeframe for completion of recruitment process and request you to provide original documents namely:
    • Power of Attorney
    • Demand letter
    • Visa slip
    • Commercial Registration copy.
  1. On receipt of above documents final interviews are scheduled which can be conducted by your representatives/personnel managers/HR officers etc. or the same can be performed by our associates on your behalf.
  2. Visa, tickets, immigration etc are managed by the associates and departure is scheduled as per mutual understanding.
  3. All the above procedures are carried out under the supervision of a RO (recruiting officer) appointed by our organization.
