a) On receipt of a placement order we understand the client organization with regard to existing business activities, organization structure, work culture and future growth plans which helps us in evaluating the needs and requirement of our clients. We may ask our clients for

b) We collect the  job  description and required  person  specification, along with a  write  up of  the conditions   under which  the   person  will  work, job title, deliverables, major accountabilities, key result areas, a  salary  bandwidth,   package  terms  for  the  position and a profile  of  the  boss to whom  the  person  will be reporting and other relevant details.

Sourcing Strategy / Implementation

Armed with necessary info we draw up a target list of qualified candidates from appropriate industries /companies who are worth pursuing from our exhaustive database or by advertising for the positions, coordinating with associates and /or job portal searches.

Short listing / Screening

We select the potential candidates in accordance to the Job description & on the basis of prior work experience, qualifications, strength and weaknesses and the ability of candidate to fit into the work – culture and ethics of the client’s organization. The potential candidates are contacted and preliminary interviews are conducted to find out their interest and suitability, also we conduct informal reference check to verify the listed achievements and last few work experiences of the short-listed candidates. Hereafter, a comprehensive report and list is handed to the client with our recommendations and assessments.

Interviews / Tests

The client reviews the report and expresses his interest in the persons to be called for Final interviews and/or Technical/Aptitude tests. Interviews/Tests are organized at mutually agreed venues. A feedback is gathered from the candidates and clients by our Consultant after every interview. Post interviews we conduct a formal reference check of the selected candidates if required by the client and are duly notified of the results.

Offer & Induction

We act as a catalyst in the negotiation process including compensation, benefits, terms and conditions of employment.  Both the client and the candidate gain from our in-depth knowledge of market compensation and benefits in order to discuss and reach a competitive and comprehensive package. We continue an ongoing dialogue till the Employer and Employee commence employment relationship and the handholding process ensures a smooth integration into the organization enabling accomplishment of goals in a pleasant working ambience. Finally archiving of client and candidate files/documents are done by us for future reference.
